Orthopaedic and Pelvic Physiotherapist
Michaela Mersch
Michaela loves helping people feel strong, supported and confident in their bodies. She earned her BSc in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University, spent years in Toronto as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and Nike Running Pacer, then completed a Master of Physiotherapy Studies at the University of Queensland, Australia.
Her career spans hospital-based care at Bridgepoint (supporting complex neurological, orthopaedic and post-surgical recovery) and private practice. After becoming a mom of two, Michaela developed a passion for working with women through pregnancy, birth and postpartum through a trauma-informed lens, filling the gap in care with compassion, evidence-based treatment and a whole-person approach.
