Michaela Mersch

Michaela loves helping people feel strong, supported and confident in their bodies. She earned her BSc in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University, spent years in Toronto as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and Nike Running Pacer, then completed a Master of Physiotherapy Studies at the University of Queensland, Australia.

Her career spans hospital-based care at Bridgepoint (supporting complex neurological, orthopaedic and post-surgical recovery) and private practice. After becoming a mom of two, Michaela developed a passion for working with women through pregnancy, birth and postpartum through a trauma-informed lens, filling the gap in care with compassion, evidence-based treatment and a whole-person approach.

Mackenzie Holden

Mackenzie is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, build strength and move with confidence. She completed her degree in Health Studies at Queen's University before earning her Master of Physiotherapy at McMaster in 2020. A multisport athlete, competitive dancer and HIIT Pilates instructor, she brings real-world movement experience to exercise-based rehab.

She works with a wide range of clients, from those recovering from injury to people who want to stay active, prevent issues or improve performance, with a special interest in postpartum care, including diastasis recti rehab and supporting new moms as they return to exercise in a safe, empowering way.

Chantal Joseph

As a chiropractor and strength and conditioning coach, Chantal is passionate about helping people feel strong, capable and confident in their bodies so they can reach the goals that matter to them.

With experience working with everyone from everyday movers to elite athletes, along with a background as an F45 and All Day Fit coach, Chantal brings a strong understanding of movement, strength and performance into her care. She combines hands-on treatment, exercise and education to help people better understand their bodies and feel confident in what they can do.

Her clinical interests include sports injury rehabilitation, performance and women's health, with additional training in neurofunctional acupuncture, postpartum rehabilitation and injury prevention for runners.

With a background in competitive swimming, triathlons and marathon running, Moran brings years of high-level training experience and an evidence-based approach to patient care. She grew up in the Beach, completed her chiropractic schooling in Sydney, Australia, and has returned to Toronto to build her career in her own community.

Moran believes staying active should feel empowering and personal to you. By combining hands-on treatment with active therapeutic techniques, she meets you where you're at and tailors care to what works best for your body.

Jen Goddard

Jen is a Registered Massage Therapist who grew up in the Beach and has had a massage therapy practice in her community for the past 27 years. Her love of babies and working with families led her to become a childbirth educator at Women's College and Sunnybrook Hospital for 10 years, and she attended births as a labour doula before retiring from that role to focus on massage therapy and breastfeeding support.

A Certified Lactation Support Provider, Jen enjoys teaching breastfeeding classes to expectant parents and offering calm, compassionate support while families learn to feed their babies. She's passionate about breastfeeding education and helping families achieve their breastfeeding goals, and she's a mom of a teenage son and daughter.

With a background in massage therapy and lactation consulting, Sara combines hands-on treatment with evidence-based care to support individuals and families through every stage of life. Her approach is personalized, collaborative, and focused on helping clients feel their best.

Sara not only works with moms, she offers sports massage for anyone at any stage of life to help you feel your best while working towards your active goals. As an Ironman triathlete herself, Sara understands firsthand the importance of recovery and injury prevention. Whether you're training for your next race, recovering from an injury, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, or simply looking to reduce pain and improve mobility, she will tailor treatment to your unique goals.

Sara has a special passion for supporting growing families. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), she provides compassionate feeding support alongside bodywork for parents, infants, and children, helping families thrive from the very beginning. She believes everyone deserves individualized care that supports both physical and emotional well-being, and she's committed to creating a welcoming space where clients feel heard and cared for.
